4. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Eligibility for Returns: Products are eligible for return may be returned within 5 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds: Refunds, will only be made in case on unavailability of replacement, to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval of the return.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
